A former British Army paratrooper has made the bombshell claim that an elite team of British commandos recovered a crashed UFO in the late 1980s. Franc Milburn, formerly of the British Army’s Parachute Regiment, relayed a confession allegedly made to him by a member of MI6 E Squadron who told Milburn his unit recovered a UFO in northern England.

E Squadron recruited elite members of Britain’s SAS, SBS, and SRR, and has similarities with the CIA’s SOG and the military’s Delta Force. Milburn’s claims of recovered UFOs were similar to US military whistleblower David Grusch’s testimony in front of the US Congress.

Grusch alleged that the government had been recovering crashed UFOs since the 1930s, in order to learn from and adapt their technologies. These allegations seemed to follow a similar pattern to the story told to Milburn by the paratrooper, given the name John.

«They’d [John and his team] been told by the RAF [Royal Air Force] that a craft which wasn’t Russian, British, or American had been downed. He said they were tasked to secure and retrieve the craft in the north of England,» Milburn told The Daily Mail.

«They were flown in by helicopter. They established a cordon, a perimeter, and they approached the craft. He didn’t describe the craft, he just said it was obvious it was non-human, and it was obvious that there were occupants who had fled the scene on foot – or whatever you call it.»

Milburn provided more context in the interview: «He said then it became a task of tracking down these beings to try to bring them into custody. Part of the unit was left protecting the craft. They would have left maybe six to eight blokes to cordon the craft, and the others would have been on foot, quad bikes, or 4x4s trying to track down these entities that escaped from it, with helicopters supporting.

«He said after that it was totally passed over. He said, ’scientists and technicians came in and it was completely out of our hands. We were flown away by helicopter, and we knew nothing more after that.'»

Milburn cited supporting other whistleblowers as the motivation behind his coming forward. However, the British Ministry of Defence denied any knowledge of extraterrestrial salvage operations. «(They are)not aware of any salvage operations with materials of unexplained origin,» the MOD said in a statement.
