This is the moment a mysterious black ring began floating in the sky.
Footage shows the odd circle hovering over Tucuman province in Argentina , moving slightly from side to side.
As it swayed in the sky, it then began to move towards the person filming before the footage suddenly ends.
Some social media users were convinced it was a UFO, and others believed it was a freak weather pattern or fire.
Others believed it could have been a swarm of mozzies spinning in the sky.
One joked it could be both, saying: ‘In the form they come, let’s say they are extraterrestrial mosquitoes.’
Another had a different theory, saying: ‘Those rings could be caused by combustion or fire on the ground… but I don’t know if there was a fire below.’
A huge swarm of mosquitoes were filmed rising over the west Indian city of Pune.
Some residents compared the sight to a tornado, while others have warned the quantity of biting insects poses a serious danger due to the diseases they spread.
It comes after mysterious flying lights were seen hovering above the city of Deyang, China.
Residents feared it was a sign aliens were trying to reach Earth.
The puzzling appearance, which some described as a ‘dragon gliding across the sky’, reportedly stretched for some 500 metres before vanishing.
Another video shows countless luminous dots hovering next to a building and circling around the moonlight.
Meanwhile on Mars, Nasa’s Perseverance rover spotted floating blue orbs.
It send back an image of rocks and dust, with what appeared to be a faint blue oval floating above the dusty surface.
