A UFO-shaped cloud appeared over the sky of Kurobe, Toyama on Tuesday, January 9. There was buzz on Japanese social media that this strange-looking cloud was a «seismic cloud», a precursor to an earthquake. Meteorological experts said that no cloud could forecast an incoming quake and urged everyone not to spread misinformation.
