Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO) sightings has been a hot topic across the world especially in the US as the Pentagon has also been probing the matter rigorously but this new place has reportedly turned into a site of such presence.
A report by Metro UK revealed that there were multiple glances reported above a nuclear power plant that is being built in India with Russia’s help.
The report noted that around ten sightings have been reported of UFO or alternatively called Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) near Kudankulam Nuclear Plant, in Tirunelveli in just a month.
According to a researcher with the Indian Society for Extraterrestrial Studies Sabir Hussain, said that the sightings have been observed by a local official.
«Syed, an engineering graduate [now a sub-inspector], has seen UFOs more than 10 times in the Koodankulam area in August 2023,» he said.
The early encounters were reported after 10 days when another such sight was in a nearby village along the coastline of Chennai.
The object was flying in a «zigzag» pattern while there was a bright light emanating from it and was visible in the night sky.
The sub-inspector told the DT Next: «After meeting UFO tracker Sabir and discussing with him, I am more than 100% sure what I saw were UFOs. The way it stood still, the way it made zigzag movements, and the speed in which it disappeared all were different.»
Earlier this month, the Pentagon in a report noted that the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) had not found any evidence of encountering alien life on Earth or crash-landing.
