Syed Abdul Kader, a police sub-inspector and engineering graduate, has claimed to have spotted UFOs with «high-speed zigzag movements» near Tamil Nadu’s Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant. Syed reportedly had over 10 sightings last August. Kader’s sightings happened 10 days after ex-DGP Prateep V Philip took pictures of a UFO on a sea shore near Chennai, UFO expert Sabir Hussain said.
