A former US admiral says there’s a ‘non-human civilization’ with super technology living in our oceans. In a revealing interview, retired Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet chatted with podcast host Kristian Harloff and claimed he is “totally convinced that we’re experiencing a non-human higher intelligence.”
He believes there are intelligent creatures in the sea, like whales, but “the non-human civilization” is even more advanced and they boast incredible technology. So apparently sophisticated is this supposed under-sea technology that humans cannot comprehend it.

Admiral Gallaudet said his belief in aliens was copper-fastened when he saw the infamous Go Fast video in 2015. “I saw the ‘Go Fast’ video before it was released. I received it on a secret network and that just convinced me that we weren’t alone,” he said, as reported by the Daily Star.
The US government recently said there’s been no contact with aliens by the US military. However, Gallaudet believes there are still secrets to be shared.
He said: “I am completely convinced because I know the people who were in the government programs, the legacy programs that oversaw both the crash retrieval and the analysis of UAP data so I’m very confident in these people former intelligence and former DOD people and we are working as a team behind the scenes to advance a controlled disclosure [of UFO secrets].”
Even though the Pentagon wants UFO information to “remain classified and unacknowledged, the retired Admiral claims there is a lot of work going on behind the scenes to identify unidentified flying objects and unidentified aerial phenomena and delve further into their origins.
He continued: “The government still doesn’t know what they are, where they come from or what their intentions are, but we do possess material and more data that the government does not want to disclose.”
