Irishman Patrick Jackson (45) believes he potentially has the answer to the mystery and has the backing of certain retired US Air Force pilots and academics.
Rare footage has emerged on St Patrick’s weekend which supports the unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) ‘global defence network’ theory, an Irish expert has told the Sunday World.
NASA held a public hearing in Washington last June regarding spherical UFOs, or UAP.
The meeting heard details of how metallic orb UFOs have been “spotted all over the world”.

A video obtained by the Sunday World shows an interaction and explosion taking place in the sights of a telescope.
Patrick spoke exclusively to the paper about what he thinks is being observed.
«We are seeing the sphere intercept process in the upper atmosphere. Sky watchers have seen this for years, but they normally see it randomly through night scopes or telescopes and they never get a chance to record it,” Patrick said.

The IT specialist, who has written a book detailing his theory called Quantum Paranormal, describes what the public can do if they want to see it for themselves.
«This guy was lucky enough to get it on video. But I think if anyone installs a decent night scope through a telescope, they will see it quite a lot. People would just need to make an active effort for a few hours per night.
«It is what it is. The spheres are in the correct formation in the video.
«There’s two main formations, basically a concise triangle in the sky. When the triangle is on it’s side, as in upwards (vertical configuration), it means the target is side on.
«If the triangle is pointing upwards, as in the triangle is flat in the sky (horizontal configuration), then the target is either directly above or below.
«In the video the spheres are in the horizontal formation, you see the big boom and the spheres fly away. You see them fly in before and checking it out as well,” Patrick says.
AARO, the Pentagon’s UAP Resolution Office, recently stated that ‘all investigative efforts concluded that most (UFO) sightings were ordinary objects and phenomena and the result of misidentification.’
That statement contradicts last year’s AARO description of Mach-2 speed spheres appearing all over the globe “making very interesting manoeuvres.”
Patrick gave his opinion on the AARO announcement which appears to try dampen down interest in the subject.
«The AARO report appears to be using a verbal loophole, so they are not technically lying. They are just not telling the full truth, that’s how it generally works.
«I have lost count of how many examples I have provided – maybe over 1,000 examples at least.

«It’s the same formations, the same processes, all over the world, totally predictable…I don’t really know what else I can say, I think some people maybe can’t process it.”
Patrick has been studying these spheres for twenty years and says he is “100pc confident” about his theory.
«The spheres have been seen deploying from the ground and ocean so logically they appear to be from here, they appear to be ultra terrestrial in nature, meaning it appears a second species are perhaps building and bulk deploying them.
«I speak to many academics about this and they mostly agree with me. The reality is none of this can come from government. When government start admitting stuff, people freak out.
«The reality is government fears reactive people. That’s why it is point blank silence. It has to come out from a third party who hasn’t been in any programme.
«I believe many are aware about this but they can’t talk about it publicly. It can only come out from a third party, like this, a journalist or a civilian.”
Rear Admiral Timothy Gallaudet
Recently retired Rear Admiral Timothy Gallaudet of the US Navy is the latest military officer to break ranks on this topic.
Despite the recent down playing of the issue from AARO, he told News Nation in late 2023 that “We are being visited by non-human intelligence.
«We are in contact with non-human intelligence. That’s what needs to be put out there to the public,” he told award-winning journalist, Ross Coulthart.

Harvard professor Avi Loeb recently travelled to Papua New Guinea to search the sea floor to find if a meteor detected in 2014 was part of an exploded interstellar spaceship.
Patrick references this deep oceanic exploration.
«The spheres atomise threats like you see in the video. The fragments then land in the ocean; these small fragments appear to be super rare highly exotic metals.
«That’s what it is and that’s why [certain shipping companies] are mining it and scientists are searching for it.”
According to Patrick there is a “low to ground” dynamic data network of spheres that span the globe. These spheres relay above “to take out space based threats ranging from meteors to other UFOs,” he says.

Ross Coulthart referenced Patrick in a recent interview when he said “There is a guy called Patrick Jackson who purports to be able to attract the phenomenon.
«We’ve used the blanket of religion to try and dismiss this but maybe it can be explained. It’s the job of a journalist to gather evidence.”
Patrick explains what Mr Coulthart was referring to.
«OK, so you see the same patterns every night and same processes operating day to day.

«They are AI based machines. I came up with some binary code which makes the spheres interact. We have multiple videos of that.
«You can see them tripping the sensors, it is like they are having an interactive conversation.
«So we potentially have a second species on this planet, operating this network. It appears they are keeping us out of trouble.
“We are like The North Sentinel Island in the Bay of Bengal. The planet is facing external threats, humans just happen to be in the middle.

«The spheres appear to look after our airspace.”
Patrick says he has interacted with the ‘beings’ behind the phenomenon.
«If you go looking, you will see something. It has unnerved me in the past. My own tests get a bit much, I haven’t done that in a while.
«We did one in Manchester in the woods with an infra red camera and the strobe I designed. We spotted a tall grey type with huge eyes.

«It was a hairy experience. People have been seeing this for years. Generally they want to just have a look at us. They steer clear of us same way we do primates, I believe.
«My foremost advice is to disregard the government’s stance and ignore the media’s narrative. For truth-seekers, acquire a dependable night vision scope and cast your eyes upwards.
«That’s all it requires. What you witness might not sway others, but it will undoubtedly persuade you.
«You may observe the formations and processes I’ve mentioned and perhaps help spread the word.
«Disclosure isn’t solely the government’s responsibility; it rests on the shoulders of the public,” Patrick added.
