So-called UFO whistleblower David Grusch apparently skipped out on his first Joe Rogan interview over fears for his life, he told TMZ in a documentary that aired Tuesday.
Grusch first hit headlines when he came forward as a whistleblower in early 2023, making strong claims about the U.S. military and government contractors’ involvement with alien technologies and various types of unidentified aerial phenomena/flying objects (UAPs/UFOs). To date, he’s yet to reveal any physical data or information that can verify his claims, and he’s working with a host of individuals known for spreading UFO misinformation.
But none of this stopped TMZ from interviewing him for their latest docuseries on UFOs, in which Grusch says he bailed on his first Joe Rogan interview over concerns for his safety, the Irish Star reported.
Apparently, there was a “security concern following his whistleblower testimony in Congress,” filmmaker Jeremy Corbell stated. “Look man, reprisals are real. The effect of trying to silence people is absolutely real as well.”
Instead of a drum roll, can we get an “eye roll” please? I believe Corbell. I just don’t believe Grusch, because when he did sit for an interview with Rogan, it was painfully unconvincing.
What keeps breaking my heart is that I truly believe people like Jeremy Corbell, James Fox and UAPJames are on the money when it comes to their research into UFOs. But my gut keeps screaming that something isn’t right when it comes to Grusch, To The Stars Academy and anyone with previous government employment when it comes to their claims on UFOs. I hope Corbell is able to continue his work. And maybe one day we’ll get physical evidence that we’re either being visited by aliens … or that they’ve been here the whole time.
