Presenter Serena DC says there is also one very famous person who is lying about their involvement with extraterrestrials for money.

MANY people are faking alien abduction stories in a bid to become famous – claims a leading extraterrestrial investigator.

And the false claims of interactions with our universal neighbors are damaging the true insights of those who have really met ETs, she says.

That is the insight from filmmaker and journalist Serena DC, who has spent hours probing on camera and in person those with abduction and encounter stories.

Furious Serena claims some fake abductees are angling for fame, while others believe they can earn millions from their stories.

Interestingly one key factor in her assessment is that many interviewees, who have encountered UFO life, are hesitant to discuss their experiences for fear of ridicule.

She reckons that these storytellers are damaging the credibility of real abductees and acting like “false rape victims”.

Serena, promoting a new documentary We Are Not Alone, is keen to wheedle out the fakers to build a true picture of our outer space visitors.

Speaking exclusively to The U.S. Sun, Serena said: “I’ve been interviewing for years.

“And as an interviewer, when people are bullsh**ng there’s just certain ways that they tell a story and are full of s***.

“When I interviewed these people, there were two of them that really stood out to me, and I just knew that they were lying.

“ And it p****ed me off because the other eight that I interviewed, I am convinced that they’re telling the truth.

‘CONCERNING’

“It’s something that really bothers me and really concerns me because it’s like somebody that’s a rape victim.

“They’ve gone and suffered through a terrible, traumatic experience, and we need to, as humanity, honor them and help them and protect them.

“Imagine people lying and saying they were raped when they weren’t, how horrible that is, and how it just throws into trauma victims’ faces and belittles what they went through. That’s something that really triggers me.”

Serena, who has interviewed many of the biggest names in the universe exploration field, claims that one famous expert is lying for fame.

FAMOUS ‘FAKER’

“There is one particular person, I’m not going to name who it is because I’m not about destroying people’s careers.

“But I met him, sat down on his couch, couldn’t wait to meet him because he’d written a lot of books and done a lot of work in the field.

“And he has fans and followers. And when you go online and you read the comments about him, there are people that are like, oh my God, your story has changed my life.

“But from the second I met him, it was just bull****.

“I hate that because this is how disinformation begins.

‘COMPLETE CHARLATANS’

“I think what we’re finding now is that there are people out there that are really fans of the genre, and so they watch all the DVDs and the movies.

«They go to all of the live events and conferences, but they need more. They need to be more attached to it.

«And so slowly but surely, this narrative starts to develop in their minds that ends up growing into them becoming complete charlatans.»

She added she gets angry when people lie about their experiences because it casts a shadow of doubt over other people in the UFO world.

“People want to believe, but there’s so many people out there that don’t believe, and that will just call us all crazy for believing in extraterrestrials,» Serena said.

“When you have people in your midst lying and creating all these false narratives and spreading them around, it just makes it even harder for those that are telling the truth to have their story taken seriously.»

‘SCIENTOLOGY MARK 2’

The Emmy-nominated documentarian reckons fakers have plans to build a following like Scientology, backed by Hollywood star Tom Cruise, which earns billions.

She cites the success of Scientology, backed by Cruise, as a template for turning a belief system into a money-generating venture.

“Scientology is a really good example of what I’m talking about. Does Ron L Hubbard exist? Did he talk to extraterrestrials? He might have. He might not have. But look what was born out of it. Scientology is f****ng massive. It makes billions.»

She added: “There are a lot of false messiahs rising up now. It’s almost as though people are saying, well, this is a cool opportunity.

«Here’s a group of people that are in need and want to believe. Why don’t I just create some bulls***.

“It’s pretty easy to fabricate a story about extraterrestrials and their messages and that you are a messiah. You just need enough people to believe you. And off you go. Scientology Mark two. The money in that is huge – billions and billions.”

Serena spoke to promote her hit documentary We Are Not Alone, which explores alien encounters, human interactions, and their motives.
