1. The first incident

The incident we are referring to happened in April 1964 in Soccoro, New Mexico. Lonnie Zamora, a police officer, was following a car whose driver had exceeded the normal speed limit.

On the way out of the city, Zamora witnesses an explosion that occurred on a hill, at a distance of one kilometer from the road.

He abandons the car chase and heads for the hill, thinking a car has exploded. At a distance of 200 meters from the accident site, he notices two humanoids dressed in white overalls.

Zamora got out of the car, intending to approach the accident site. The flying object was shaped like an egg and had a red emblem on the outside. The UFO rose from the ground, making a loud noise. Zamora alerted the station, and police and specialists went to the scene and analyzed the ground where the UFO had been stationed.

They found Zamora in shock. Although several witnesses were on the road and saw the explosion and heard a loud noise, the case was closed.
Fifty years after this incident, three documents were declassified. Two of them referred to the incident in April, and a third document referred to the stationing of a UFO near the city of Soccoro in March 1964, a month before this incident occurred.

The authorities went to the crash site and declared that it was a satellite. The earth in the area of the accident was excavated as if to remove any trace of this accident.

Residents of Kecksburg noticed that the place where the accident occurred had no longer grown vegetation. Authorities issued a statement saying a Russian satellite had crashed. The communiqué was not credible for specialists who claimed that the collapse of a satellite was known and monitored a few days before the collision occurred.

All these incidents were blamed by the American authorities on the Russians, given the Cold War of that time. Beginning in 1969, when an…
