Young Fathers, Ben UFO, Squid join a host of new additions for Wide Awake Festival.
The South London event takes place in Brockwell Park, and returns next May. A real highlight of the London summer calendar, Wide Awake will be headlined by the mighty Australian force King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard.
A raft of new additions have just been made, including sensational Scottish ground Young Fathers. A terrific live force, they recently won the Scottish Album Of The Year Award, and join the incoming bill for Wide Awake.
Elsewhere, you’ll find Ben UFO, one of the most influential DJs around, alongside Alice Glass, Helena Hauff, and current Clash cover star Eartheater.
You’ll also be able to soak up David Holmes, Glasgow based DJ partnership Optimo (Espacio), and experience a set from Squid – Clash caught the band recently at London’s Troxy, and their biggest headline show yet did not disappoint, with circle pits, math rock energy, and a host of fresh ideas.

Wide Awake Festival takes place on May 25th.
