THE KIDS LIKE MAKING THESE BACKPACKS WITH USE. PAPER TOWEL ROLLS FOR JETS AND WHAT HAVE YOU. SO PRETTY AMAZING. AND THE KIDS HAVE A GREAT TIME. HOW COOL IS THAT? People celebrated extraterrestrial life at the Exeter UFO Festival over the weekend.The event is hosted by the Exeter Kiwanis Club, and it’s based on the famous «Incident at Exeter,» where Norman Muscarello, 18 at the time, reported his sighting of a UFO to Exeter police, where they saw the hovering object as they investigated the site. It is said to be one of the most famous UFO sightings in the country.The festival featured guest speakers, vendors, and something they call «the crash site» where kids can take old recycling and turn it into something different.»Kids like making these backpacks using paper towel rolls for jets and what have you, so pretty amazing and the kids have a great time,” said Bob Cox, the event organizer with Exeter Kiwanis Club. Proceeds from the festival go to scholarships and local Seacoast charities for families and kids.
